PhD in Mathematical Engineering with a hybrid profile bridging data, technology, and the support of people and teams. She has worked in digital and service-based sectors, in environments where decisions must be made under pressure while maintaining focus. Over time, she has moved from highly technical roles — analysis, metrics and data — into leadership and coordination roles: supporting decision-making, bringing clarity to priorities, facilitating difficult conversations and helping teams work better together.

Maria José Peláez

He works at the intersection of art, creativity and human transformation. With previous experience in talent management at organizations such as Schneider Electric, Deloitte and PwC, he has spent the last 12 years designing and facilitating learning experiences that help teams lead, communicate and collaborate in more conscious and effective ways. He is also co-founder of Eléctrico 28, a collective specialized in the creation of participatory and immersive performative interventions.
